Wordless Wednesday: Cell Phone Camera Style

January 28, 2010

It was a monumental day here.  Our first day out of the pumpkin seat and into the big girl seat.

DUMMY DISCLAIMER:  if you are wondering like my mother-in-law was, yes, she is still facing backwards.  This is our second child and I’m pretty sure we’re doing okay on the common sense, responsible parent thing.

Thanks. We’ve decided to keep her 🙂 She’s a big fan of getting her picture taken.

I remember being so confused with the carseat rules when our youngest was an infant. Seemed like everyone had their idea of when to flip them around. Though Baby Bird is 20.5 pounds at 9 months (she started at 9 lb 15.6 ounces) and she hates not seeing what’s going on, a backwards she will go. Of course, I can’t wait for her to be forward facing because it will be much easier to get those toys she tosses when they won’t be trapped between the middle seats and the third row. Thanks for stopping by…I’ve been a site stalker of yours for a little bit.

You get excited they are getting bigger but sad they are getting bigger. It’s a double edged sword. I tried to visit you last night but for some reason couldn’t get onto any Blogspot sites. Hopefully I can now. Thanks for the visit.

Awwww! How adorable! We did the same thing with ours when she moved from the pumpkin seat to the big girl seat. I am sure we will do the same with our second.

It’s a big day. I remember when our oldest changed. It’s even more sad when the seat gets turned around. Thanks for the visit!
